- Yogurt: 235 ml

- Honey: 2 tsp
- Lemon juice: 1
- Cucumber: 450 g
- Chickpeas: 2 cans
- Dill: big handful
- Mint: big handful

Method
1.
To a large bowl, add the yogurt, garlic, olive oil, honey and lemon juice and whisk to combine. Season well with salt and pepper.

To the yogurt, add the cucumber, chickpeas, dill, mint and scallions and remaining lemon juice. Toss to coat and drizzle with olive oil.
